In the field of environmental protection, the company
focuses on developing industrial applications and
providing technical services in environmental pollution
control and “Three Wastes” treatment. We are also
actively engaged in software development and hardware
manufacturing for chemical engineering automation.
Specifically, the company has developed with independent
intellectual property a DDS desulphurization technique
used in the process of industry gas purification. This
technique is a breakthrough in traditional
desulphurization theory by introducing biological
technique into the process. The result is significant
increase in desulphurization efficiency. With this
technology having been adopted in over 100 chemical or
fertilizer factories in the provinces or cities of
Tianjin, Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Hebei, Hunan, Hubei,
Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian and Sichuan, greater economic and
social benefits have been achieved.
Currently, the company is making good process in
developing new techniques for desulphurization of flue
gases. Our approach is to use solvents to adsorb and
desorb sulfur dioxide in flue gases with physical,
chemical and biological methods. This approach not only
removes sulfur dioxide, but goes one step further to
convert it into products of high added values, i.e.,
liquid sulfur dioxide or sulfur. The unique advantage of
the technique is the use of bacteria to accomplish the
conversion of sulfur, which is environment-friendly and
easy to operate or maintain. Once delivered, the
technology is expected to remarkably reduce the
installation and operational costs of industrial
desulphurization, rendering even greater economic and
environmental benefits. In addition, the company is also
involved in R & D of techniques and equipments to treat
urban residential and industrial wastewater.
In the field of biomedicine, the company undertakes R &
D, manufacturing, and sales of natural products. A large
amount of efforts have been made to extract and purify
components in plants like Triperygium Wilfordii Hook
F., Sedum Sarmentosum Bunge, green leaf of
Bamboo, Celandine, and Macleaya Cordata.
Many alkaloid monomers have been identified and
extracted including wilforddines, sarmentosins, arundoin,
cylindrin, α(β)-allocryptopine, protopine, sanguinarine,
ethoxysanguinarine, chelerythrine, chelidonine,
chelirubine, corysamine, berberine, and bocconine.
Ongoing toxicological and pharmacological tests for
these alkaloid monomers or their mixtures in natural
plants will help to evaluate bioactivity and medicinal
value of alkaloid monomers or prescriptions.
Additionally, investigation of several traditional
Chinese prescriptions is underway to disclose their
chemical compositions and contents. Valid molecular
monomers or parts, and their collaborating effects and
healing mechanisms will be explored in an effort to
modernize traditional Chinese medicines.
In preparation for further expansion, the company has
invested heavily in Boyuan
Industry Co. Ltd. at Yongfeng, Jiangxi
Province. As a major manufacturing facility of the company,
the factory has produced a wide variety of products
such as DDS catalyst series, alkaloids, intermediates
of natural medicines, active ferrous carbonate, ferric
pyrophosphate, ferrous hydroxide, hydroquinol, benzoquinone,
pyrocatechol; the equipments for mining, separating
of ores, smelting; and the products of compounds containing
vanadium, titanium, iron extracted from
multi-metal ores.
In China, the exploited iron ore resources are very
limited. 85% of the discovered iron ore resources are
the worthless poor and low grade
“thin body”
iron ores which are very difficult to exploit, select,
and enriching by the current equipments and techniques.
So that, most of the iron ores in China are mainly imported
from other countries. For exploiting the poor and low
grade“thin body”
iron ores, we has organized a special research group
to grope for the suitable
mineral processing and mining
processes to treat this kind of ores for 3 years. Now,
we have developed the new separating techniques and
equipments to choose, separate and enrich these iron
ores. For that, we have poured a great of manpower,
material resources, and financial resources in the Kalaqin
Zuoyi Mongolia Race Autonomy county, Caoyang, Liaoning
province, China, to founded the Kazuo Weishi Mine Co.
Ltd., to pursue the adventure to treat the poor and
low grade“thin body”
iron ores. Now, we have founded the first production
line to choose, separate and enrich these iron ores
into the refined iron ore powders for 150,000 tons per
year. If this production line running stably, the production
line for 1,000,000 tons of refined iron ore powders
per year will be established, to form the base of powder
metallurgy. The company will provide the reliable techniques
and equipments to treat the poor and low grade “thin
body” iron ores to fill up
the short supply of the iron mine raw materials for
the steel industry in China.
In the field of IT,
our team not only boasts extensive working experience in
general software application and development, but also
has in-depth knowledge in specialized areas like
industry monitoring, computer networking, database
management, interface communication, and adaptive
control. Now we focus on the promotion of the system
platform for chemical factory information management and
production optimization.
